These terms and conditions govern the way in which We (“Tama Agency Ltd, t/a Beyond Seven”) supply Consistent Clients (“the Product”) to You (“the Purchaser”).
Please read these terms carefully before You purchase. These terms tell You who We are, how We will provide products to You, how You and We may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.
By purchasing Consistent Clients, You agree to the terms set out below.
You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that You are aware of any amendments to this agreement, which may be made at any time.
INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
Tama Agency Ltd (trading as Beyond Seven) a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 12534719) whose registered office is at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.
1. GRANT OF LICENCE
In consideration of your payment, we hereby grant You a licence to use the purchased Consistent Clients (“the Product”). This licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under these Terms.
This licence is personal to You and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.
2. GENERAL
We develop, distribute and maintain this Product and will also provide You with login details. We will also manage your access to the Product and provide support to You, where necessary.
You shall not copy, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the Product or any other copyrighted materials provided other than for your individual learning. Any other purpose is expressly prohibited under these terms. You shall also not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the Products or any other copyrighted materials.
We provide the materials ‘as is’ and without any warranties, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under statute. We also do not warrant that the materials will be error free, including technical inaccuracies.
3. ACCESS TO MATERIALS
The starting date of your access to Consistent Clients training modules is deemed to be the date that You first have access and continues until you cancel your subscription. Upon cancellation or at the end of your current billing cycle, whichever is the later, you will no longer have access to the Consistent Clients trainings, Facebook community or live calls.
We will take all commercially reasonable steps to provide You with uninterrupted access to the Product. However, your access may be restricted occasionally for reasons beyond our control. Such reasons include force majeure events, power outages, actions from computer hackers, and others acting outside the law. Your access may also be interrupted due to software issues, server downtime, increased Internet traffic, programming errors, regular maintenance and other related reasons. Where this is the case, we will take commercially reasonable steps to restore your full access within a reasonable period of time. ‘Commercially reasonable’ in these terms shall mean reasonable efforts taken in good faith, without unduly burdensome use or expenditure of time, resources, personnel or money.
We aim to provide a program to take you from fear to action, to help you create a clear, value-packed signature program, set up a highly-automated marketing & sales system and generate a consistent flow of leads to convert into clients and achieve consistent $5k months. We will endeavour to do so using material of the highest quality. As such, improvements or changes to the Product or any other material may occur at any time without prior notification in order to ensure that they are up to date and accurate.
Consistent Clients is suitable for service-based businesses only.
The program is open to members over the age of 18 years of age.
Access to the program is worldwide and not UK specific.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
We use Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay and Moonclerk (third-party payment providers) to process our payments.
Consistent Clients is a subscription based membership. The first week’s payment for the Product must be made at the point of purchase. Consecutive weekly payments will be debited automatically from Your account at weekly intervals unless cancelled by You in line with the Cancellation and Restriction Policy (5).
If You select the quarterly or 6-monthly payment option, the first payment will be taken at point of purchase and at quarterly or 6-monthly intervals following this date unless cancelled by You in line with the Cancellation and Restriction Policy (5).
Tama Agency Ltd reserves the right to alter or change subscription options at any time.
You agree to provide payment for the Product in the stipulated currency and will be liable to pay any relevant conversion charges and applicable sales tax in your region.
We reserve our right to review and change the pricing of the product. This will not affect products that have already been purchased.
5. CANCELLATION AND RESTRICTION POLICY
Weekly Subscription
Your minimum commitment to Consistent Clients is one (1) week from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to proceed with your subscription of Consistent Clients, then you must cancel before the end of the weekly billing cycle, providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your subscription renewal day of the week.
Quarterly Subscription
Your minimum commitment to Consistent Clients is three (3) months from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to proceed with your subscription of Consistent Clients, then you must cancel before the end of the quarterly billing cycle, providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your subscription renewal date.
6-Monthly Subscription
Your minimum commitment to Consistent Clients is six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to proceed with your subscription of Consistent Clients, then you must cancel before the end of the 6-monthly billing cycle, providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your subscription renewal date.
You can view your subscription via the Member Payment Portal.
It is important to note that cancellations cannot be processed on the same day as the payment is due to be taken. Failure to provide the requisite notice may result in you being charged for the subsequent weekly or quarterly subscription period. You will still be billed for any remaining days within the billing period.
If you have not communicated your cancellation within the required notice, you will automatically enter a contractual commitment to the following week or quarter of your membership.
There are no refunds on payments already made. This also includes payments made for quarterly and yearly billing cycles.
If you decide to cancel your Consistent Clients subscription, you will not be able to re-enrol in Consistent Clients for a further six (6) months.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the system requirements, including compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and internet service, prior to purchasing any content.
We may restrict your access to the Product if you breach these terms, including without limitation:
a) A failure to make any payment due to us; or
b) Failure to provide accurate information that is necessary for us to provide the Products to you.
In these circumstances, we will inform you via email with seven (7) days’ notice that your access to the Product will be restricted.
6. FAILED AND OVERDUE PAYMENTS
You agree to resolve any failed payments within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to do so will result in your access to Consistent Clients, including the Facebook group and community access, being revoked until any outstanding payment is settled.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Consistent Clients is designed to support you on your journey and share tested strategies to enhance your business performance. You understand that the program requires at least 3-4 hours per week for you to dedicate to implementation. You understand that you need to show up and be part of the wider program community via the private Facebook group, implement the recommended strategies and that your results are a direct reflection of your input and successful implementation.
The Consistent Clients content, Tama Agency Ltd, including its staff and its affiliates, are not a substitute for the advice of your doctor, lawyer, accountant, tax specialist or any of your advisors, personal or professional. Tama Agency Ltd does not make any guarantees about your ability to win clients and achieve $5K revenue months, with our ideas, information, tools or strategies.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
This is a summary of your key legal rights.
Under the laws of the United Kingdom, the Product must be as described, fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality. If the Product is faulty, then You are entitled to ask for a repair or a replacement and if the fault cannot be fixed, or it has not been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, then You can get some or all of your money refunded.
If you can show that the fault has damaged your device and that We have not used reasonable care and skill, then You may be entitled to compensation.
9. USE OF COMMUNICATION IN MARKETING
By engaging with us through any form of communication, including but not limited to testimonials, social media posts, emails, Slack messages, and other written or verbal exchanges (collectively referred to as "Communications"), you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and incorporate such Communications in our marketing, promotional materials, and other public-facing content.
We will ensure that your identity remains anonymous; however, we may reference general details such as your job title, job description, or industry. Additionally, we may use a pseudonym in place of your real name, ensuring that no personally identifiable information (such as full names or company names) is disclosed.
If you do not wish for your Communications to be used in this manner, you may opt out at any time by sending an email to hello@beyondseven.com. We will promptly honour your request, and your Communications will be excluded from future marketing initiatives.
This clause applies to all Communications received before and after its effective date unless an opt-out is communicated.
10. RECORDINGS AND CONTENT USAGE POLICY
By participating in our programs, memberships, and masterminds, you acknowledge and agree that all materials and recordings, including but not limited to those featuring images, verbal or spoken communication, or interactions involving Elite Expert and Consistent Clients members, are the exclusive property of Beyond Seven.
If you are on camera or have your camera turned on during live calls, or if you actively participate in the call (e.g., by speaking, asking questions, or sharing insights), these recordings or snippets of video and audio may be used by Beyond Seven in future trainings and programs.
We are committed to ensuring that only relevant materials are included in any future use. Every reasonable effort will be made to exclude content that is not directly related to the specific training or intended purpose. Furthermore, no content from one-to-one private sessions will ever be used without the prior consent of those involved in the session.
By accessing and engaging with our programs, memberships, and masterminds, you consent to this use of materials.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title and interest in intellectual property rights relating to the Product including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, improvements, developments, proprietary information, know-how, processes, methods, business plans or models (including computer software and preparatory and design materials thereof) and all other intellectual property (whether registered or not) developed or created from time to time shall exclusively be owned by Tama Agency Ltd. While You may utilise the intellectual property, You understand that there shall be no transfer of ownership of the same.
Nothing that You see or read in the Product may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or performed for commercial use.
All other trademarks, service marks and trade names in this material are the marks of the respective owners and any unauthorised use is prohibited.
12. PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information You provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as revised by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, and other applicable privacy laws. 13. VIDEO & AUDIO RECORDING CONSENT
By accessing and utilizing our services, you hereby consent to being recorded on video and audio during live question and answer (Q&A) calls exclusively available to Consistent Clients members on our platform. These recordings, capturing your participation in real-time Q&A sessions and related interactions may be used in future trainings and programs by Beyond Seven. You acknowledge and agree that the recorded content may be uploaded and stored in our member portal for purposes such as replays, documentation, quality assurance, and improvement of our services. It is essential to note that by participating in live Q&A calls as a Consistent Clients member, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the recorded content exclusively within the confines of our member portal. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from participating in our services that involve live Q&A interactions for Consistent Clients.
14. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
We are responsible to You for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If We fail to comply with these terms, We are responsible for loss or damage You suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is either obvious that it will happen or if We are both aware that it might happen, such as where You have discussed the possibility with us during the sales process.
We are not liable to You in any way for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any character, including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, loss of data, loss of productivity or contract or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
If the Product damages your device or digital content belonging to You and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, We will either repair the damage or pay You compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage which You could have avoided by following our advice, following installation/download instructions, or having in place the minimum system requirements as advised by us.
Our liability to You for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the downloading of content is limited to the amount You have paid for the Product. In no event shall we be liable for damages in excess of this sum.
15. FACEBOOK GROUP - CONSISTENT CLIENTS
At all times, please respect the rules of The Consistent Clients Facebook Group and the community within it. Failure to comply may result in removal from the group and program.

This site (www.laurenarmes.co) or the Consistent Clients program is not a part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. Additionally, This site is NOT endorsed by Facebook in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK, Inc.
16. MARKETING SYSTEM REVIEW (BONUS)
If You are eligible for our Marketing System Review bonus you will be notified at the point of purchase and within your purchase confirmation email. The following terms and requirements apply to the Marketing System Review;
You must complete your 90-day action plan and have set up your marketing system according to the training we’ve provided inside Consistent Clients. Marketing reviews are not available if you have not completed your 90 day plan.
Once submitted, We will respond with feedback within 7 working days. This may be in the form of a call, loom video or written email and at the discretion of Lauren and Hannah.
You have up to 6 months from when You join Consistent Clients to submit your Marketing System Review, any plans sent after this time will not qualify for a review.
This Marketing System Review will be delivered by Lauren Armes, Hannah Materne or a highly qualified marketing member of Tama Agency Ltd. Feedback should not be considered as legal advice.
17. CONSISTENT CLIENTS PLUS (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PURCHASES PRE NOVEMBER 2023)
Access to Consistent Clients Plus will begin from the date of purchase of Consistent Clients Plus.
Consistent Clients Plus grants you access to the following services once your original purchase access has expired;
Consistent Clients Facebook group and community
Continued access to the live Q&A calls
Additional trainings and guest trainings
Discounts on future courses and events
The purchase of Consistent Clients Plus supersedes any previous gifted access or extension made to you by Tama Agency Limited t/a, Beyond Seven.
Free access (classified as a Bonus) to Consistent Clients Plus will start from the date of purchase and will continue for 3 months. Following this date, access to Consistent Clients Plus including but not limited to the Facebook group, live Q&A calls, additional training and guest training will be removed unless a monthly subscription for Consistent Clients Plus is purchased.
The weekly fee will automatically be taken on the same day each week as your first payment made.
You are free to cancel at any point by emailing hello@beyondseven.com, at which point any future auto payments will cease. You will then have access to the full Consistent Clients Plus programme until the date of which your next payment would have been due. (No future payments will be taken once notice has been received)
The full Consistent Clients terms and conditions apply to this extension of membership.
18. ONE-TO-ONE COACHING CALLS WITH A 6-MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PURCHASES 27TH FEBRUARY 2025 ONWARDS)
Any one-to-one coaching call offered as part of Consistent Clients is for a duration of 30 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom with Lauren. These calls are only available to members with an active 6-month subscription and must be used during the subscription cycle. Unused calls cannot be carried over or redeemed once the subscription has been cancelled.
19. ACCESS FOR THE EXPERT VANTAGE MEMBERS
As a previous or current member (purchaser) of The Expert Vantage you are granted free access to Consistent Clients at the discretion of Tama Agency Limited. Access can be revoked at any time with seven (7) days notice and is not considered to be Lifetime Access.
Free access is to the Consistent Clients course modules only and does not include access to live trainings, live Q&A sessions, the Facebook group or any other resource, service, bonus, training or event. To access additional Consistent Client resources outside of the course modules you must join Consistent Clients Plus.
Access to Consistent Clients does not automatically grant you free access to any other additional or future course created by Tama Agency Limited.
20. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
You need our consent to transfer your rights under these terms to someone else. We may not agree to this as these terms grant a licence for your benefit only.
Nobody else has any rights under these terms – they are between You and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Tama Agency Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any opinions, findings, recommendations, comments or content written on any social platform or website in connection with our Product, including any Facebook Group, by either You or any other Product user.
If a court finds part of these terms illegal, the rest will continue in force.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
